Winter Warmers Appeal
Paws & Recover are running a Winter Warmers program this year to gather and distribute much-needed animal donations to rural pounds, rescues, and welfare organisation branches throughout NSW.
We are seeking your support to help keep paws warm and bellies full throughout winter. Your donations of blankets, pet food, toys, and other essential items will make a significant difference in the lives of animals in need. Please join us in making this winter a little warmer and brighter for our furry friends.

We have drop-off locations in Wollstonecraft, North Rocks and Stanmore. Please send us an email to volunteer@pawsandrecover.com to confirm the address of your closest drop-off location. If you're unable to reach the designated drop-off locations, please contact us by email, and we'll work together to find an alternative arrangement.​

We're also on the lookout for awesome volunteers to help with transporting donations to our furry friends in need! If you can lend a hand with transport to Coolamon, Wagga, Glen Innes, or Armidale, you'll be a crucial part of our Winter Warmers program. Your support ensures that these essential items get to the animals who need them most. Drop us a line at volunteer@pawsandrecover.com if you're keen to help out or have any questions. Your assistance for these one-off transport runs over the next month will make a huge difference!

Blankets - Polar fleece preferred as quick drying and still comfortable)

Dental Chews - Small, Medium and Large (no rawhide, bones, horns or antlers please)

All in one monthly flea and worming (tick/flea/heartworm/intestinal worms) for various weight categories (mostly medium-large dog), and age groups (puppy, kitten and adults)
What we CANNOT use

Sheets/doonas/pillow covers/heavy blankets/quilts

Towels (we have plenty for now)

Collars, Leads, Coats/Jumpers, Toys, Beds in poor condition i.e., rusted, frayed, dirty, broken
